What is a Buy Back Guarantee?
An agreement to buy your new electronics product back from you when you're finished with it for an amount that we'll set today.

How does it work?
Once you buy a new device, back it with the Buy Back Guarantee of your choice. Use your device for as long as you're happy with it and when you're ready just send it to us. We'll send you a check. It's that simple.

Why can't I find my specific product on your website?

Our products are based on the price range of the product category instead of the individual product. This greatly simplifies the process of determining the buy back amount and allows us to cover a much larger range of products.

Do I have to spend the money at the same store?
You can spend the money wherever you want to, on whatever you want to. It's not store credit and it's not a retention promotion - it's cash.

If I send my product to you after the term of my Buy Back Guarantee, can I still get paid?
There is a 30 day grace period at the end of the agreement. After that, no.

Can I extend my Buy Back Guarantee?
Yes. Towards the end of the agreement you'll have the option of extending it in your account management options. The new agreement will have a new term, buy back amount and additional price with it.

If my product is broken can I still redeem my Buy Back Guarantee?
No. You will have to pursue that under your warranty. Buy Back Guarantees are only valid for working products in acceptable condition.

What if it is damaged but working?
That depends on the extent of the damage. The buy back amount agreed upon assumes a product in good condition. If the product you send is not in good condition it may be subject to a 25% reduction in payment, or be rejected altogether.

What if my product is in excellent condition?
We will pay you the buy back amount +10%

Can I get a Buy Back Guarantee for an old product?
Buy Back Guarantees can be acquired for products up to 60 days after the initial purchase. To prevent abuse they won't be offered through the site after that point. Exceptions can be made, but will require individual review.
